When Covid 19 rocked this planet in early spring 2020, Grade 12 graduates were wondering what their celebrations would look like. Most ceremonies were cancelled or would be done in an online video platform. But Covid didn’t stop some grads from celebrating with some very special grad photo sessions!

Destiny from Newline Fashions contacted me to see if I would like to join with them on a special project called Prom on the Porch (#promontheporch). Similar to the craze that swept the world called #thefrontstepproject. Grads that bought their dresses at Newline Fashions in Regina would have the opportunity to get their photos taken with an escort or their family on their front step/yard so they could have a mini celebration while wearing their special dress! I jumped at the chance to celebrate with these special 2020 grads with a special FREE 10 minute session!

Destiny and I were able to visit 7 grads in Regina to bless them with a mini session and it was so much fun to see these beautiful young ladies all dressed up and celebrating despite what was happening in the world.

And don’t worry, all these photos were take with the proper social distancing guidelines and I used my big zoom lens.

Congrats again 2020 Grade 12 grads! YOU DID IT!!!

For this project we needed some photos for advertising, so Hannah volunteered and her session was so much fun and so beautiful! Hannah’s smile and giggle warmed my heart!! We had to wait for some rain to pass, but it was worth it! A friend came to cheer her on and celebrate with her, so we needed to get a photo of that as well! 🙂
