New love is so beautiful and romantic! Kelsey and Nicholas were married on August 10, 2019 and a week later they woke up for a beautiful sunrise couples session at Elbow Falls, Kananaskis, Alberta! And these two radiated romance!

It was so magical! There was not a person in sight at 6:30am so it was the perfect location and time! The beautiful morning air, the soft morning colors, the peaceful and stunning views, but most of all, the stunning couple, Nicholas and Kelsey popped off the canvas with their love! The soft kisses, the sweet little winks, the cute little giggles, everything about these to were so adorable! The morning mountain air was a little on the chilly side, but it these two warmed up the session with their chemistry!

With engagement/couples sessions, I always offer the chance to have them in two outfits, a dressy outfit and a more casual outfit. This adds variety to their session without having to leave one location. So I wanted Kelsey and Nicholas to experience that as well.

When I delivered their online gallery to them, I quickly got this reply and it it made me smile that I just had to share it! “KRYSTAL! I’m crying! These are SO amazing!!!! WOW!!!! I am in love with them. You truly captured our love so perfectly and I’ll cherish these FOREVER! You are soo talented at what you do! It is my favourite session of us ever! I can’t thank you enough and will spread your name around to everyone I know.”

This note at first made me blush, but then reminded me that I am so very honoured to have been given such a God inspired talent where I am able to bless people with the gift of photos. With the images from their sessions that they can look back on and be reminded of their love for each other! Sessions where in years to come they can show their kids and grand kids a time where their love started and was captured in print. To deliver images where in the hard times they can look back at and be remember what they are fighting for. But most of all, to capture the here and now in image form to push pause on the moments that are happening right now.
