For the 4th year, I have been able to take photos at Voltage – an all night youth party created and put on by Joe’s Place Youth Center here in Moose Jaw, Sask. This party is to keep youth safe and keep them from doing something they would regret and have a space that is just for them, geared to them and something that they will remember!

They have a WIDE variety of events and rooms just decked out to keep kids entertained all night! From an amazing skit (see info below), a great concert (The Color), puppy room, a gym full of larger than life inflatables, video arcade, dune buggy rides, art room, escape room, nail art room, and more, Voltage is the place to be every New Years Eve! The staff and volunteers outdo them selves EVERY SINGLE YEAR!

This year they had about 512 youth come out to Hillcrest Church in Moose Jaw! And over 100 volunteers!

A cast & crew of 56 performed this multimedia production live. The annual Voltage Multimedia Production made possible by the Media Alliance team at Joe’s Place Youth Centre! This production was originally presented live, just before midnight on December 31st, 2023. (I will add the link once it is live)

Juno Award Winning band The Color came back for another year to bring in the New Year! These guys know how to put on a good show!

Next few photos are right at New Years – I just love all the variety of colors of lights and confetti! So much fun!!

They are always throwing prizes into the crowd! I love how kids get so excited for them!
