I’m catching up on some past sessions and had to share Sarah and Brendan’s fall mini session at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park, Saskatchewan. Being the last session of the day gave us the gift of the softest, most flattering light. The gentle, golden glow wrapped around the family and the landscape, creating a calm and cozy atmosphere that made every moment feel effortless and natural.
Their outfit choices complemented the scene beautifully. The soft, muted colors of blue, cream, and brown were a perfect match for the time of day and the season, creating a cohesive and timeless look. It’s such a great example of how thoughtful color choices can elevate a session, allowing the family to truly shine against the natural backdrop without competing with it. The result was a set of images that feel serene, warm, and full of genuine connection which is exactly what I love about fall mini sessions.
