Catching up on some older sessions lately and realizing just how many absolute gems have been sitting there waiting to be shared. Yolanda and JT’s morning session is one of those that instantly brings me back. The kind of fall morning filled with warm golden tones and soft light that feels calm and timeless. We met at McCaig Gardens in Wakamow, right here in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect for a cozy, relaxed session.

I’ve been photographing this family over the years, and it’s honestly one of my favorite parts of this job—getting to watch families grow right in front of my lens. And wow… have they grown up! Seeing how much has changed (and how much stays the same) makes sessions like this extra special.
