Kristien and Jordan’s fall family session out at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park was just plain adorable. Everything came together so beautifully, the trees glowing with color, and that warm golden light that fall does so well. The park was the perfect backdrop, wrapping their session in cozy, seasonal tones that felt both timeless and full of life.

I’ve been lucky enough to photograph this family for years now, and it’s always such a joy to see how much they grow and change with each session. One of my favorite parts is how intentional Kristien and Jordan are about getting individual photos with each child. Those quiet, meaningful moments are so special. Their outfit choices were spot on, with rich jewel tones of green, red, and yellow that complemented the fall landscape perfectly. Add in that soft golden glow, and this session was everything I love about autumn family photos.
