Shannon and Wayde’s fall family session in Moose Jaw was such a special one for me. They made the trip in from out of town, and I’m always so honored when families are willing to travel to have me capture their memories—it truly means the world. Fall in Moose Jaw gave us the perfect backdrop, with soft light and forest-like surroundings that made their session feel cozy and timeless. I’m also finally catching up on sharing some of these past sessions on the blog, and this one definitely deserved its moment.

Their outfits were absolutely on point: simple, trendy, and perfectly coordinated to complement the natural tones of the trees and leaves around us. They even brought along their adorable dog, which added so much personality and fun to the session (and yes, completely stole a few hearts). Their son was incredibly sweet and gentle, making the whole experience feel relaxed and full of genuine moments. This session was such a joy to photograph, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of their family’s story.
