Beach Minis are coming up on July 21, 2024 and today I want to share with you Chelsea and Brad’s adorable Buffalo Pound family beach session!

Can you believe it that all these images were shot in 20 minutes?! This 20 minute family session had so much variety! During a 20 minute session I start with the family photo and a few combos of that. Then I move to photos of the kids and individuals of each child. Then photos with mom with her kids, and dad with his kids. Then I try to snag a few photos of mom and dad! If time allows it and depending on how the kids are doing, we will go back to some more family photos to end our time together!

This is not the first time this crew has been in front of my lens! I met Chelsea and their daughter at the Little Princess Ball here a few years ago, then photographed them at a previous beach mini session day, then this beach session day, and then fall minis last year! Each time they are in front of my lens it’s a great day because they are up for anything! But more than that, they know that these images are not only images, but memory makers and preservers! These images are going to go on the wall, for Christmas cards, in photo books, in a grad slide show, used for birthday posts, to show their kids and grandkids in years to come and maybe someday down the road in their funeral slideshow. Photos are important part of their legacy and it’s such an honor to have photographed them so many times!
