Joe’s Place in Moose Jaw is awesome! Every year they put together a giant party for the youth of Moose Jaw and surrounding area a safe and fun place to ring in the New Year! After two years of being unable to host the full blown Voltage because of Covid, on December 31, 2022, they were able to host the party again! And it was awesome!
Every year they create a skit and every year, it get’s bigger and better than the year before and this year video was awesome! I have seen it now a few times as I write this and it’s a message that needs to get out! This year’s skit was called Gravitate. It was sharing how we are all gravitate to something, and usually it is things of this world which don’t satisfy. The only thing that satisfies is Jesus. This skit shares the Gospel in a unique way with Star Wars theme characters, funny memes, dance and more. You just have to watch it!
I had the honor of taking photos at Voltage this year so I got a pretty sweet seat to take photos of the skit. So this blog post is all about photos from the skit! Just take a look at the work that went into it and then click the link below to watch a recording from that night!
Check out our VOLTAGE 2022 MOVIE. A cast & crew of 56 performed this multimedia production live. The annual Voltage Multimedia Production made possible by the Media Alliance team at Joe’s Place Youth Centre! This production was originally presented live, just before midnight on December 31st, 2022.
