It’s a huge honor when a a Bride-to-be messages me right after she gets engaged because she knew she wanted to have me photograph her wedding. *Insert big smiley face here!* This is what happened with Kaitlyn and Tanner!
I first met Kaitlyn to chat about wedding pricing and details out on my front porch (thanks Covid), and I knew instantly that we were going to hit it off! She was a sweetheart!! Kaitlyn and I both are detailed orientated and love making lists! Yup it was meant to be! 🙂
Then when I showed up for their engagement session and met Tanner for the first time, I knew right away that these two were going to be so much fun and so easy going! (Especially handy when planning a wedding with a global pandemic.).
For their engagement session they wanted some someplace unique and different than in Moose Jaw and from where their wedding location will be. I knew that the claybanks out at the Claybank Brick Plant National Historic Site would be the perfect place! AND IT WAS!
These two were troopers! While I was wearing hiking boots, Kaitlyn was in her heal shoes standing on the uneven ground. (Don’t worry, she had slip on shoes when we were walking from spot to spot around the banks.) Tanner was her knight in shinning armor as he was able to help her over the hills without any injuries.
I seriously loved SOOO many of their images that I want to show them all to you! So grab a drink and settle in cause this post is a big one!
Congrats again Kaitlyn and Tanner! Can’t wait to celebrate with you!
