This family session was SOOO special to me! Anne, Magnar, their three beautiful kids – Olav, Ragnhild, Ingebjorg, and Anne’s parents – Bjorg and Hermod, traveled all the way from NORWAY to visit us in Saskatchewan!! They came and visited parts of Canada and the US met up with a lot of Canadian relatives again!

I first meet Magnar, Anne and their family in 2007 when they came to visit Canada. And to make that visit even more special, they were able to be at our wedding!! I have also added a photo of that so you have to check it out at the bottom of this post! 🙂 So it was fantastic to see their family again now that they are all grown up! And their kids are STUNNING! Blonde hair and blue eye beauties!

One day while they were visiting, my mom and my dad’s aunt put together a family reunion at Ounger Park with the Norwegians. I were able to step away for a little family session with Magnar, Anne, Olav, Ragnhild and Ingebjorg at golden hour. I wanted to make sure their background had a very prairie feel since in Norway the scenery is very different! So we found a canola field and a beautiful little coulee’s for their photos.

At the bottom of this post you will also meet Hermod and Bjorg! I just had to add a few super cute photos of Anne’s parents that you just have to see that was taken at my parents farm! These two have hearts of gold with a passion to keep families connected!

I can’t wait to see this family again someday! And next time I hope that my family and I will be able to fly to Norway and get our family photos in their beautiful landscape! But until then, enjoy Anne and Magnar’s beautiful Norwegian family in the Saskatchewan prairies!
