Chris and Kristen are awesome!  They invited me into their home to do Kristen’s new business head shots for her sleep training business.  And while I was there, we had to get some of their whole family too!!

I first met Kristen and her two adorable kids at our son’s piano lessons this past fall.  It has been so much to see our kids become friends and have a common interest in music.  Chris and Kristen’s second second son was born just a few weeks before piano started, so it has be awesome seeing him grow into his sweet little personality!  Plus getting him to smile during piano lessons is so much fun!

When I do family sessions, I always love getting a variety of combinations, both posed and lifestyle.  These range from the full family, to each kid individually, the siblings together, etc.  I now make sure to get some couples photos of the parents by themselves.  It’s not often parents get photos just the two of them so it’s my goal to get a few of these photos from each family session.  This past fall my hubby and I had our own little mini couples session with the talented Brittany Flegal Photography and it was so much fun and such a great connecting time captured in print!  I was so blessed by this session so I want to make sure I can bless my clients like that as well. 🙂
